Hand Crafted Cakes & Sugar Craft
Choosing a wedding cake can be difficult but also exciting and deciding who to trust to make your centrepiece can also be problematic. I can guarantee high quality of my wedding cakes, on your special day. I offer a full service from initial consultation through to delivery; You can be confident that your every expectation will be met for your day. So what to choose I offer a vast range of styles and decorations only using the very best in ingredients, examples of which can be found in the portfolio. Cost of the cakes are totally dependant on your choice which is all part of the consultation process. I am not adverse to other suggestions should you have a special requirement then I will be pleased to discuss it with you. |

Only the very best in luxury fruit is used, it is then marinated in France's finest Cognac over a period of two weeks, then baked. The cakes are then fed for a further period of 3 months, this ensures the fruit remains in its finest condition and adds incredibly to its taste. Not only do they look good but they taste fantastic as well. (See Testimonials) Apart from luxury fruit, I bake a lighter fruit cake treated very similarly to the above; however it is not so rich and heavy but tastes great just the same. If you do not like fruit then as an option traditional Madeira with a twist, there is a choice of Lemon, Lime or Orange. A further option is heavenly chocolate, again only using the finest Belgian Chocolate. This rich chocolate cake will appeal to chocoholics everywhere. Options are Dark, Milk or White. |
For something completely different why not try Carrot and Walnut or Coffee and Tia Maria. Cakes can be made to account for Allergies, G.M. Food and Nuts, Organic ingredients available on request.
